AN URGENT APPEAL TO YORK REGIONAL POLICE OFFICER

Tuesday, November 30th, 2010

This is not a joke, trick, or anything else. Whoever has written here under the guise of “York Regional Police Officer,” I would like you to provide some information regarding something you wrote a while back. Namely, could you provide ANY names related to your claim below? I don’t need you telling me to do the leg work myself. If the YRP are as corrupt as you claim, they would probably make it very hard for me to find out more re. this story. So please provide any full names of the police officers and/or victims so that I can take appropriate action.

Namely, you stated:

This is something few know except I.A, a few officers and the people involved. A “Jewish” (I don’t know if the police believed they were Jewish or they were) couple were beaten by “The Aryan Boys” and one undercover officer at AMC, Vaughan. A witness testified that , while the undercover officer, was KO’ing the wife she was called a “dirty kike bitch”. Those notes disappeared and the witness threatened. In fact at the station the 5 officers did the infamous “York Region Police Note Shuffle” and got together to make sure their notes are correct in order to get away with the crime of a viscous assault. Problem is, 1/5 officers refused and turned his notes into I.A. Great right? Remember that was 1 out of the 5!!! 4 were ready to criminally doctor up notes. This is currently being “investigated” by I.A. There is a current Civil Suit Launched.

Reflections on Rational Radical…

Saturday, November 27th, 2010

I’ve been writing this blog for a few years (including a different incarnation before it was hacked last year) and have covered many different stories. I’ve been fortunate to have people deeply and directly involved in the stories to post their own perspectives and I’ve usually been able to verify that they are who they claim to be. I’ve also been able to contact other sources of information at times to provide more than just a re-telling of some news story; I can sometimes offer an “inside scoop.” I am also very fortunate to have a number of readers who contribute their own thoughts about various stories, which often cause me to think about my own perspectives and beliefs.

Things have been going pretty well over the past few years, with only a handful of “cranks” writing in and trying to drag the blog down with unintelligent and unintelligible ramblings. I do not want to edit or censor any posts, so I let them have their say and let their own words speak for themselves. Stupid is as stupid does…Moreover, I or other readers can usually discourage them from writing pretty quickly, since those types of trolls usually flee from logic like cockroaches scurrying from light.

However, recently I’ve had a series of posts from some “interesting” characters claiming to be police officers and other concerned citizens. Their musings can be seen in these threads, among others:

http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/the-difference-between-rational-radical-and-just-plain-radical/

http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/a-return-to-the-just-ass-system/

http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/see-the-truth/

http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/maybe-york-region-police-officer-was-on-to-something/

Since I’ve come to realize, over the years in my field, that sometimes the craziest sounding stories are, in fact, true, I’ve given these posters the benefit of the doubt. I’ve let them do their typical “you are a coward” and “you are a fool for not taking this gold I’m offering you” etc routine because, if nothing else, it’s entertaining. Moreover, amongst the paranoid and delusional ramblings there IS some fact that has been verified elsewhere. Sadly, this one writer (or maybe two or even three) pretending to be about six or more different people has let his paranoid fantasies get the better of him. He denies certain facts while spewing his venom, which again does contain SOME grains of truth that can be found on the internet.

I will continue to post his rantings, since I don’t believe in censorship. I even re-posted his fraudulent impersonation of Constable Derek Cadieux, since I now have clear evidence it is the same person who posted as “York Regional Police Officer,” and most recently as “Jimmy the Pimp” and “James.” By letting people see these postings, I hope to give you a glimpse into a disturbed mind that I truly hope gets some help. I am not trying to be cruel. I sincerely hope you get help, whoever you are.

For the record, I’m pretty sure that this “York Regional Police Officer” character is different from the person who posted as “Sammy” and then “Not a Nigger.” Those are two different breeds of “sick puppies.” However, I could be wrong…

In any event, if someone wants to reach me back-channel and give me better reason to believe that you are who you say you are, or that your claims are valid, please do so at radicalrational@gmail.com. I will continue to blog as I have been doing for these past years and I will continue to welcome all contributors. I look forward to hearing more from my regular contributors and from those who have been able to provide true “inside scoops.”

As for the “York Regional Police Officer/Jimmy the Pimp/Tim/James Gireld/James” types out there, thank you for reading and thank you for contributing. Please feel free to post under one name, rather than many different aliases. I will still publish your messages. The same goes for “Sammy/Not a Nigger,” although I would appreciate if you would have the testicles or ovaries to respond to Blade’s dissection of your diatribes. And please do not make false accusations about my supposed editing of certain points or posts. That’s just plain silly and has no place on a site like this.

Lock this Punk up for Life (and Anyone Else in the SUV who Doesn’t Turn him in)

Saturday, November 27th, 2010
Since this is Canada, the scumbag coward who ran over/murdered one man and could have slaughtered many more in the process, will likely serve only a few months of house arrest once he’s arrested. This is especially likely because he will turn himself in within the week because he knows that there’s too much evidence against him. The COMMENTS section contains the tragic STAR story of yet another case of some idiot pumped up on adrenaline getting into a fight with his buddies to back him up, and then taking things way too far because he has absolutely no value for other people’s lives. I bet he was also on some drug or was drinking. And everyone in the SUV is an accomplice to the murder if they don’t turn themselves in and testify against him. Give the animal driver first degree murder and his coward cohort manslaughter, or at the very least accessories to the murder. Let the driver rot in jail no matter how young he is and no matter how many bleeding hearts talk about his good character, etc. He has no character. NOBODY normal decides to get into a SUV and tear down the street with the express intention of running down a group of people. Humans don’t do that.
On a related note, I understand that many people will automatically flee after getting involved in a really bad, ambiguous accident. If they turn themselves in within one or two hours, after collecting themselves, getting over the shock and realizing what they have done, I don’t think they should be punished beyond the original accident-related charges.  However, any longer than that means they are intentionally trying to flee and the only reason they may subsequently turn themselves in is that they realize they have no choice; the facts/evidence is stacked against them. Those types of scumbags deserve extra punishment for fleeing.
As for the people who flee but later return within an hour or so, they should NOT get any credit for turning themselves in because someone who STAYS does not receive any special consideration. That’s just my opinion. It’s not radical but it’s certainly rational.

Maybe “York Region Police Officer” was on to Something?

Friday, November 26th, 2010

A little while back, I started getting some “interesting” postings on this site re. stories about police officers not being held accountable for their crimes: http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/fact-fiction-and-everything-in-between/. Although at least one of the posters sent message under different names and some of the messages raised serious concerns about the veracity of their claims, stories/videos like this one (see COMMENTS section), together with the debacle known as G20 (see the post below), should remind us that there ARE some really rotten apples among the bunch of honest, hardworking police:

In case anyone ever had any doubt, check out this STAR headline. Officers not at fault for injuries during G20 protests: SIU.  The COMMENTS section contains the rest of the story.

Also, Canada is now ranked one of the worst countries—-if not THE worst—-when it comes to freedom of information. To quote a STAR article: “Canada’s pretty much the worst advanced country that I know of when it comes to access to information,” says Amir Attaran, a University of Ottawa law professor and an expert in access-to-information legislation. “It’s abundantly clear that you’re being stonewalled by a government that has secrets to keep.”

Son of a….

Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010

I had just written a blog about three horrible cases in which family members did terrible things to each other. But somehow I lost it so I’m going to go with the simpler story of vigilante justice in a jail cell. We’ve had this debate before but, quite frankly, I can’t find any sympathy for a “man” who is nearly murdered in jail (attacked twice), when he viciously raped and beat to death—-leaving her for dead, in fact, and she did die—-a 13 year-old girl with another monster and a few assorted animals. These Arguments for the Death Penalty also murdered a woman the next month.  The scumbag’s father complained that he had the mental capacity of someone half his age. But guess what: He’s 40 now and was 35 during the murders. Douche.

#1 ARGUMENTS FOR BIRTH CONTROL!

Friday, November 19th, 2010

I haven’t used my “Argument for Birth Control” line for quite a bit, but I can’t think of any couple literally more deserving of this “honour.” Read the headline and then article in the COMMENTS section for this sick couple:

Couple’s website asks: Should we have abortion?

Pete and Alisha Arnold are stirring up debate over abortion by asking visitors to their website to vote whether they should abort the wife’s fetus or not.

A Return to the Just-Ass System

Tuesday, November 16th, 2010
The horrible tragedy of the Campione family has been discussed in several threads:
http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/the-difference-between-rational-radical-and-just-plain-radical/
http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/see-the-truth/
Although two of the contributors to these threads have disappeared—-with one, Sammy, apparently losing his mind and posting nasty attacks against blacks, women, feminists and lesbians—-some of the points they raised in their blindly rage-fueled ramblings did have some merit. Namely, men often get a raw deal in the courts when it comes to allegations of harm against partners and children.
As I wrote about extensively in the preceding posts, this raw deal does not mean that ALL allegations of abuse are false, nor does it mean that women abuse their male partners or children as often as men do, as some seriously disturbed individuals would like to assert. It also does not mean that all women—or men—who report being physically, emotionally or sexually assaulted are believed or supported by the police, medical establishment or courts. I can assure you that many such men and women feel re-victimized when they try to get help from one or more of these institutions.
However, we do need to realize that the courts ARE messed up and too many people within them are driven blindly by their own biases, experiences and agendas, whether these prejudices help or hurt the male or female perpetrators, victims, or falsely accused. As mentioned, I truly cannot say anything about Leo Campione’s guilt or innocence with respect to whether he ever harmed his ex-wife or children. Contrary to one delusional, hate-filled, cowardly contributor to this site, I never claimed to have any inside knowledge about this case; nor did I make any statements based on my “gut,” which I often do, because I had no such reaction as of yet.
Yet, the judge in this case apparently believes Leo Campione was guilty, despite no evidence in this trial being presented to support such a contention. The Star article in the COMMENTS section below, by the venerable Rosie DiManno, perhaps puts it best, so I’ll leave it to readers to see what she has to say on the matter. I am in full agreement at this point, since the only thing I know for certain about Mr. Campione is that he will suffer for the rest of his life because his wife murdered their two innocent children. Moreover, his parents must suffer as well, and the fucked up judge and prosecution appears to be treating these grandparents with the same disdain or disregard as they are directing toward their son!

The Difference Between “Rational Radical” and Just Plain Radical…

Monday, November 15th, 2010

A recent contributor to this site, Sammy, commented on my post regarding the tragic case of the Campiones: http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/see-the-truth/

If this “Sammy” is who I think he is, based on his identifying information (which I will not post for privacy reasons, unless he would like some free publicity—or perhaps Sammy merely works at the site whose email service s/he is using), he demonstrates what happens when one is merely radical without being rational…at least when reading and responding to information. You see, Sammy goes ballistic over things I never even said. And if Sammy is who I think he is, then I’m sure he’s smart enough to know better. Unfortunately, he let his emotions get the better of him, which seems to be a recurring theme in his life (again, this is all presuming that Sammy is who he would seem to be, based on his EMail address).

Sammy, in his agitated state, also makes claims about me which many readers of this site know are laughable. Hence, his “guarantee” is as worthless as much of his rant is. Specifically, let me demonstrate how one should deal with such issues; and not to belabour the point, but if Sammy really is who I think he is, I feel sorry for those who rely on him if he is ordinarily this sloppy when his emotions get the better of him:

1) In my post, I clearly state that I am “not saying anything about the husband,” Mr. Campione, and “Again, I am not saying Leo Campione is a psychopath or that he ever did anything to his ex-wife or children.” How the heck did Sammy miss that?

2) Even more puzzling is how Sammy missed my intro to the thread, where I state: “I am not saying anything about whether [Mr. Campione] is guilty or innocent because I know nothing about him, and my gut (which is never wrong) hasn’t given me any signs about him. However, my gut does tell me that his ex-wife was NOT “crazy” or psychotic when she killed their poor, innocent girls.”

3) Yet Sammy rants that I “pretend you have “facts” no one has. What facts do you have?” together with  “You know neither of the Campiones and you don’t even know the public facts, much less the private ones that have not come out yet.” He spits out similar false allegations larer as well.

Umm, Sammy, where do I claim to have any facts relevant to the Campione case? Did you actually read the quote from 2) above? Or did the venom and bile affect your vision? Okay, I’m beating a dead horse here but, Sammy, if you are who I think you are, you should know better than most people about the importance of getting your facts straight and not falsely attributing things to people. And you more than most people should know there’s a term for that in the legal profession: It starts with “li” and ends with “bel.”

4) Sammy, it is usually a sign of immense insecurity when one reacts to things the way you have. Now, if I were making false claims about the Campione case and you became so self-righteous, your reaction would be understandable. However, given the circumstances, I hope you can appreciate how silly you look.

5) Sammy further states, “If you worked in the court systems, if you even knew anyone in the court systems etc. you would know what a farce domestic violence accusations have become. You think Judges and Crowns go on “peace bonds” because the accusations can be proven? Yeah right… You are clueless.

Umm, Sammy, I don’t even know what your point is,especially since you also make reference to my statement, “Your reference to a “peace bond” is interesting, since many men who end up killing their partner had one or more peace bonds issued against them before the fatal attack.” If you’re trying to say that peace bonds are ordered without much evidence, i.e., indiscriminately, you’ll get no argument from me. However, nothing in my post would suggest anything to the contrary.

If you would take a few seconds to calm down and actually read what I wrote, rather than project whatever baggage you have onto the posts, you would make much more sense.

6) Feel free to throw around terms such as “fraud” and “con artist” as much as you would like, Sammy. Even those who do not know me can look at my posts and yours and see which ones are based on reality, and which ones are based on the pent up frustration of someone who obviously has some intelligence but allows his/her emotions to get the better of him/her and thus starts spewing out nonsense without actually reading that which s/he is criticizing. By the way, if you try to twist that last sentence into something akin to saying that it applies to me, then you’ve just lowered yourself to the most base form of “flaming,” which is where your original posts are already verging toward. If you are who I think you are, I would hope you would not subject yourself to even further humiliation by doing so.

7) For those who know who I am, please do not feel the need to tell Sammy that his silly accusations and guarantees are out of place. You know it. I know it. And many readers who have contacted me with important information know it. Oh, and Sammy, to be clear, no one involved in the Campione case has provided me with such insider information. I am not claiming that now, nor have I ever claimed it. Get your facts straight, please.

8 ) For those who think that the “radical” in the title of this thread is based on Sammy’s posts, it is not. It’s based on whom I believe Sammy to be—a kind of insider’s joke that Sammy may be able to appreciate, if s/he isn’t gagging on his/her on invective…

See the Truth…

Sunday, November 14th, 2010

A reader in another thread posted a story about Leo Campione, the husband of the woman who murdered her children. The point of the post was to say that women often falsely accuse their partner of doing horrible things to them and/or their children. The COMMENTS section contains the article about that husband. I am not saying anything about whether he is guilty or innocent because I know nothing about him, and my gut (which is never wrong) hasn’t given me any signs about him. However, my gut does tell me that his ex-wife was NOT “crazy” or psychotic when she killed their poor, innocent girls.

So, what follows below is not saying anything about the husband but rather about people who make claims about cases such as this one:

Too many people cannot take a critical, well-informed perspective. Instead, they often fall into one of two camps: 1) Those who believe that all allegations of abuse are true—-when they sometimes are not—-and who don’t believe that some men in divorce/custody/access cases truly get a raw deal; vs 2) those who speak as if ALL allegations of abuse are bogus and that ALL men get a FALSE rough ride.

Let me speak with complete authority on this matter:

1) MOST allegations of abuse are true, even in cases where the man looks to be a perfect citizen. Of course he’s going to plead innocent and of course those around him will support him.

2) Women are involved in many different kinds of abuse as well, most often against children, sometimes against their partner. Some people/groups would make it seem as if women are the perpetrator of violence as often as men. This is not true. Men are the abusers against partners in the vast majority of cases and in the majority of cases of abuse against children–but slightly less so than when it comes to abusing partners.

3) Many women do indeed make false allegations of abuse against their partner—–abuse against themselves or the children–—especially in cases of divorce/custody/access. But this is the minority of cases.

4) Just because YOU (whoever you may be) may have been abused by a partner or falsely accused of abusing someone doesn’t mean that your situation is the same as everyone else’s. Nor does your experience give you any “expert status” in any way. You are not an expert. You don’t necessarily know anything about anyone else’s case. You need to look at the next point.

5) You cannot trust what other people say in these cases, no matter how compelling they or their story may seem.

6) “Counselors” often have no clue about the clients they’re working with. They believe what they hear or want to hear and are not trained at sifting through and sniffing out the b.s. Only a trained psychologist (and maybe the very best psychiatrist) can figure these things out, with proper testing and assessments. Unfortunately, even many psychologists are not able to see through the most deceitful psychopaths. Again, I am not saying Leo Campione is a psychopath or that he ever did anything to his ex-wife or children. I am writing about abusers and psychopaths in general; and no, not all abusers are psychopaths—I’m referring in this point to the fact that some monsters are able to fool the best-trained psychologists.

7) Even the worst monsters (some of them) can pull off what appears to be a “great” one-hour visit at a CAS office. Social workers are usually unable to pick up on the very subtle cues that only the best trained experts can detect.

Trust me on all of this.
