Holy Shit! Is There Some Truth to the Conspiracy Theories?!

Okay, readers of this blog saw some pretty outrageous claims about the York Regional Police: e.g., http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/an-urgent-appeal-to-york-regional-police-officer/

http://rationalradical.com/2010/12/thank-you-amateur-journalists/

http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/maybe-york-region-police-officer-was-on-to-something/

http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/reflections-on-rational-radical/

And then we find out that the one cop so far to be identified at G20 abusing his authority, Scumbag Babak Andalib-Goortani, (http://torontoautostation.blogspot.com/2010/12/hardcore-anti-semitic-islam-and-ontario.html) is from York Regional Police.

Well, the newest G20 story to come out (see the entire story in the COMMENTS section) involves yet another York cop, scumbag, Mark Charlebois, who was caught on tape abusing his authority and saying “This ain’t Canada right now.” But here’s the crazy part: The site linked above re. that asshole, Babak Andalib-Goortani, had another story about yet another York Region cop involved in that crazy Auto Station scam. Guess who that cop was? You got it: Mark Charlebois. And the blog was written nearly one week before the Star story on Charlebois/G20. (http://torontoautostation.blogspot.com/2011/01/attention-if-you-were-contacted-by.html).

On a final note, if you want to see more about this other crazy story involving some apparently mentally unstable and highly unethical/immoral scumbags, here’s the latest blog about the story. I have nothing to do with this site and do not know the person/people involved at all. The only connection is that York Region cops are involved in stories that we’re both blogging about:

G20 officer: ‘This ain’t Canada right now’ (G20 officer: ‘This ain’t Canada right now’ (Nicole Baute Staff Reporter)

A G20 incident caught on video that shows a York Regional Police officer telling a protester he is no longer in Canada and has no civil rights is under investigation.

The video shows several activists standing outside of the G20 security perimeter at King St. W. and University Ave. on June 27 while their bags are searched by a group of police officers. The mood is pleasant until a young man in a black T-shirt and cap refuses to hand over his backpack.

Just outside the St. Andrew subway station, a male York Regional Police officer wraps one arm around the protester and tells him: “You don’t get a choice, get moving.”

“Why are you grabbing me, man?” says the unidentified protester, who in another G20 video gives a brief monologue about animal rights. “I didn’t do anything.”

The officer’s badge number, 815, is clearly visible in the video. The officer with that number, Sgt. Mark Charlebois, said in an email that he would love to speak but couldn’t because the matter was before the Ontario Independent Police Review Director.

“If I was sensitive, I would likely be crying all the time with the comments about me,” he said.

No one from the OIPRD was available to comment.

York police media officer Sgt. Gary Phillips said the incident was the subject of a citizen’s complaint.

In the video, a woman’s voice from behind the camera points out that the protesters are not within 5 metres of the cordoned-off zone — the area in which Torontonians were led to believe, erroneously, that they could legally be searched by police officers at whim.

The male protester insists that, as a Canadian, he has the right to refuse the search. But the officer disagrees.

“This ain’t Canada right now,” he says.

While the crowd laughs in disbelief, the officer continues to tell the protester he has two choices: leave, or open his bag. The protester continues to refuse to do either. “I just don’t like to have my civil rights violated,” he says eventually.

“There is no civil rights here in this area,” the officer replies. “How many times do you gotta be told that?”

“I was upset that police officers could make those kinds of statements in a democracy,” says Derek Soberal, co-filmmaker of the film Toronto G20 Exposed, who re-posted the video on his YouTube site.

The video has been viewed more than 40,000 times.

CORRECTION: Babak Andalib-Goortani LIVES in York Region (Richmond Hill). Babak Andalib-Goortani is a Toronto Police Officer. He only lives in York Region.

You think Mark Charlebois is the only Nazi/ dirt bag in York Region? Do a search for Afarin Maleki-Raei and the Maleki-Raei family. They are rabid Anti-Semites. Do you know that Mark Charlebois is not only considered “a friend” of the Maleki-Raei’s, he also is investigating FALSE allegations for her and protecting a Terrorist run Automobile scam.

Gets better: Charlebois’s friend and fellow YRP officer is Detective Maurizio Gentili. Romantic links with another Maleki-Raei anti-Semite. Afarin’s 44 year old ssister Forozandeh Maleki- Raei.

Think the corruption ends there? Nope. Judges have been threatened. Government officials threatened. Even Queen’s Park threatened with anthrax hoax. All by the Maleki’s. All protected by Charlebois and Gentili. The Toronto Star story is not even the tip of the iceberg. It’s just a dew drop falling on the iceberg. If the whole story comes out people would cross themselves.

And guess what happened with the anthrax powder threats? Yep, Detective Maurizio Genitli aggressively jumped on the investigation and took it (and they gladly and stupidly gave it to him) from the Toronto Police.
    Crime Status: Unsolved. Not investigated.
Suspects: Forooz Maleki, Afarin Maleki, Reza Behroozian, Ayoob Ghalai.

Do you think that crime will be solved? Doubt it.

  3. James Dio says:

They are not “conspiracy” theories. York Region is as dirty as they come. Detective Mark Charlebois is among the dirtiest police officers in Ontario. The man is mentally ill. Derek Cadieux is the type of punk , if seen on the streets, that you cross the street to avoid. He’s a thug. How he became a cop is beyond me.

Detective Maurizio Gentili is a sick, a very sick , individual. If he wasn’t a cop he would have been locked up by now. His ex wife claimed he was into “very young” (being political here) type pornography. And this is a police officer.

Current Chief Eric Jolliffe is as corrupt as they come. Toronto Police are school boys compared to this force. There is no “conspiracy”. The reason why people think it’s a “conspiracy” is that the force is so out of line that the truth almost seems unbelievable. But in time you will see they are all true.

  4. admin says:

Thank you for your comments, Intheknow and James Dio. First, it IS a conspiracy, since the definition of conspiracy is “an evil, unlawful, treacherous, or surreptitious plan formulated in secret by two or more persons.” So that is why I am calling them conspiracy theories.

As for all of the claims that you and others are making, I will repeat the same request I made a while back in http://rationalradical.com/2010/11/an-urgent-appeal-to-york-regional-police-officer/

If you have any GOOD information that can help bring about justice against those who would pervert and abuse justice and the people who pay public servants’ salaries—-since cops ARE public servants—-then send that information to radicalrational@gmail.com.

No offence to you two or anybody else who has written to this site about York Region Police, but all of your claims are merely allegations at this point without a shred of evidence to support them. For all I know, you could all be the same person; I have already proved that a number of “different people” are really just one person. So who knows how many false aliases one or more of you have assumed. For all I know, you could be Maurizio Gentili’s ex-wife out to exact revenge on the guy.

I hope neither of you is “York Region Police Officer” because, as I proved on this site through my own investigation, that person—-who assumed at least five different identities—-lied about certain key facts, which he/she blended with true facts that ANYONE could get if they searched the internet. I could easily handle his/her rude, arrogant, and borderline-paranoid tone, but I will not tolerate lies and deception on this site.

Most importantly, neither “York Region Police Officer” nor any other contributor to this site, aside from one person who wrote to my radicalrational@gmail.com address, rose to my previous challenge to provide hardcore evidence to support your claims. And that person knows that I have been taking steps to forward that evidence to the kinds of people who can do something about it. Unfortunately, thus far the evidence has not been compelling enough to incite these people to take urgent action.

If anyone provides me with more specific information that cannot simply be found on the internet and can actually be verified—-the allegations made above do not cut it at all—-I will make sure the proper people get it and then if anything is really going on, it WILL be exposed. So far, everyone who was made allegations about the York Region Police has failed miserably in this challenge.

  5. James Dio says:

Well if you can see my IP you will see I post from only one IP address. I use one identity (James Dio) and recently found your site.

As far as “hardcore evidence”- there are numerous stories about the York Regional Police lately. A slew of misdeeds, cover ups and “missteps” (if you want to be politically correct). As far as the other allegations , I don’t know if they can be proven or will be proven. No one really wants to tangle with the cops and if steps are taken to unearth the corruption then who will make sure these people stay safe? An article in the papers won’t stop the harassment or corruption. In fact, Detective Mark Charlebois acted that way and he KNEW he was being taped. What does he do when no cameras are around?

Despite it all can anyone really look at the G20 incidents, the York Regional Police allegations and latest scandals, the OIPRD and SIU “investigations” and properly say “nothing is wrong here”? I don’t think so. Something is rotten and it takes time uncover. People will eventually come forward when they feel safe. I can almost guarantee that one. Where there is smoke there is fire. And there was smoke around Det. Charlebois. The Star took 6 months to find the fire. Imagine what other cops are up to?

  6. admin says:

Yes, I can see that YOU are using one IP address so far. Certain newspaper journalists are not afraid to go after the police if there is a story to be told, as the Star and Sun have demonstrated over the past few years. So again, any real evidence should be forwarded to those papers or to me, since I can make sure the right people get the information.

  7. Blade3k3 says:

Well. This is shaping up to be quite the chilly little dig-up isn’t it? I did a quick google search on that name, just because I was interested in seeing just HOW true these claims were…and well…

    http://simplyjews.blogspot.com/2010/12/afarin-maleki-raei-affair.html

All i’m going to say are two things.

First, I know that you might have been looking forward to that clip that I said I saw of Blair at the press conference on the death of Ryan Russell…Unfortunately, I can’t seem to locate the clip online. I know that it sounds like complete crockery, but I’ve got a gift for reading faces, and I KNOW when I see a real smile and a fake one, even if it’s for a fraction of a second like Blair’s was. It wasn’t a smile that signified happiness at all – it was a smile that signified that he knew what it was going to do for him. Not saying that he knew that Russell was going to die – that would be a stupid assumption to make. But what I am saying, is that without a DOUBT in my heart, from that one fraction of an instant, his thought at that point was along the lines that he KNEW what it was going to do for him, and he was happy about it. He was not sad in the slightest, other than a bit of regret that someone had to die for the heat to be off him.

Two…as for this story, i’m going to hold my tongue, since it seems that the greater story is yet to come out. I usually keep my mouth shut on stories that haven’t blown wide open yet, and I don’t want to break that now.

  8. admin says:

Yes, I saw that blog a while back, Blade, when I was investigating this story. Typing in any of the relevant names brings you to a few blogs with the same craziness. I’m still curious as to why no major media have picked up on any of these stories beyond the Star series and a few sporadic articles in the Sun.

But I’m trying to do my part behind the scenes, despite the lack of action by those who seem so intent on busting this case wide open. Yes, they posture up, babble a lot, and then do absolutely nothing of relevance, substance or consequence when I give them a true opportunity to make an impact. And that makes me question the validity or reliability of their claims. But I’m still willing to make the right moves if they give me the right materials.

  9. admin says:

As for Blair, I really hope someone can find the video or picture because my jaded gut told me what would happen but I do not want to make such terrible assumptions without evidence. But I do know human nature…
