A 6.07 ha parcel of land is owned by the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) southwest of Alton Towers Circle and Goldhawk Trail. These applications are for the southern 4.12 ha portion of the land swith access off of Goldhawk Trail. These applications are for a zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision for the southern portion of the lands, and are proposed for development as a residential subdivision of 76 single detached homes and a 0.082 ha public park.
